All refunds and travel credits are based on each airline’s fare rules and policies. If you’re switching plans or canceling, service fees will apply per traveler, per ticket, no exceptions.

1. Refunds and Travel Credits:
Most airline tickets are non-refundable, unless your airline’s fare rules say otherwise.
Refunds will only happen if:
- You’re not marked as a “no-show.”
- The airline approves your cancellation.
- We’re able to get the required waivers from the airline or supplier.
Even if approved, airline refunds or credits follow their own rulebook, not ours.
2. Special Services:
Need something extra? Special services, like wheelchair assistance or meal preferences, are handled on request only.
They’ll go through the airline’s review process and:
- May include a service fee upfront.
- Will be refunded only if the airline denies the request.
